How the heck did Makiri lose 2 rankings spots this year when she lost only 1 round earlier than last year at the U.S. Open? I could see if Kiri lost in round 1. Dissapointing. I really want Maria in the top 10 of singles and doubles at the same time.
Makiri had a fine summer even though her play at the Open somewhat dissapointed us. But Kiri works hard, trains hard and plays hard all year round I appreciate that.
