Despite the fact that you’ve lost, there were some positive things in your match. You played a really good match especially the 2nd set which was really really great.
You’ve showed that the work with Eric helps you to play long rallies and to close the points with some amazing shots and angles. You really didn’t deserve to lose this match because Dubois wasn’t trying anything and she was waiting for your errors…
Okay you’ve lost but if you keep playing like that, your results will improve very quickly!
Too bad that Dubois is only able to play good at 1 tournament a year and that you had to play against her at this tournament…
Be positive Maria and i’m sure that the doubles has helped you not to be too sad yesterday. That’s a good result in doubles for both of you after having spent a lot of time on the court for your single matches.
Good luck for the quarter finals and thanks to be one of the only players to be able to play all the shots in tennis and not to strike like a crazy girl on every ball the harder they can!
epic fight MARIA, but you lost:( i’m sad
but i’m happy you are still in race in doubles
good luck
It was so close! I finally got to see you on tv!! I recorded it, and want to replay it just to watch you again, but I won’t because I don’t want to see you lose again!
So next time win! Good luck in the doubles!!!
