I’m Seungwon Leo BAEK in Republic of Korea.
I send you two photos at Players’ night party in Hansol Korea Open 2009. One is the photo of Maria Kirilenko and Sorana Cirstea (dream girls in this tournament). And the other is the photo of Maria Kirilenko, Sorana Cirstea, and me. (beauties and the ?????)

I was at press in this tournament, and there, I translated most of the interview script from English to Korean, and took some interpreter.

Maria only played the double tournament of the Toray Pan Pacific Open in Tokyo with Elena Vesnina. They won tuesday in the first round against Patty Schnyder and Anna-Lena Groenefeld. The score : 6-4, 7-5. But Elena couldn’t play the quarterfinal because of a left thigh strain.

The Japanese Kimiko Date Krumm won friday against Maria in semifinal of the Hansol Korea Open. The score : 3-6, 6-2, 6-4. Maria fought back from 5-0 down in the final set to make it 5-4, but Date Krumm hit a stunning passing shot winner on her second match point.
